SEPTANAZAL 0.5MG NASAL SPRAY 10ML

Septanazal Children's Nasal Spray contains xylometazoline hydrochloride and dexpanthenol. Xylometazoline hydrochloride rapidly constricts the blood vessels of the nasal mucosa and reduces swelling and mucus secretion. Reduces the feeling of nasal congestion. Dexpanthenol is a derivative of the vitamin pantothenic acid, which promotes the healing and protection of the nasal mucosa. Septanazal is used in children to reduce swelling of the nasal mucosa during inflammation of the mucous membranes (rhinitis) and to treat damage to the nasal mucosa, to reduce non-allergic inflammation of the nasal mucosa (vasomotor rhinitis), and to treat shortness of breath.
