Skinoren® 20% Cream contains the active ingredient azelaic acid, which has anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. By inhibiting the growth of Propionibacterium acnes and normalizing follicular keratinization, azelaic acid reduces the formation of blackheads and inflammatory lesions.
