Snup spray is used in case of:

acute respiratory diseases with symptoms of rhinitis (runny nose);
acute allergic rhinitis, hay fever, sinusitis, eustachitis, otitis media (as part of combination therapy to reduce swelling of the nasopharyngeal mucosa); to facilitate rhinoscopy and other diagnostic manipulations in the nasal passages.
