Espumisan is used for the symptomatic treatment of disorders of the digestive tract associated with the accumulation of gases, for example, with flatulence, colic in infants.

As an adjuvant for diagnostic examinations of the abdominal cavity, such as X-ray examinations, ultrasound and gastrofibroscopy.

As a defoamer for intoxication with surfactants (washing powders or other detergents).
